I am a licensed professional counselor from Athens, GA. In 2020, I earned my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Georgia, and I have been practicing therapy ever since.

While pursuing diverse experiences in therapy, I purposefully exposed myself to every setting I possibly could. I have worked in an inpatient setting in a crisis center, community mental health outpatient settings working with kids and families, private practice working with adults, teens and college students, and now my own practice where I use my skills, experience and expertise to serve others and help them achieve their goals!

When I am not working, you can find me running - probably training for a long distance race because I enjoy that. I also love rock climbing, hiking, being outdoors, eating good food, spending time with my wife and our dog Rigby, and traveling to some of my favorite places.
